Monthly Forecast for May, 2007

GENERAL
If there's something you've been meaning to do -- start a new hobby or get back in touch with an estranged family member -- this month is a really good time to do it. The 1st and 2nd are particularly good days for starting something new. So put aside all your second thoughts and go for it, whatever it is. The 5th, you start something that is going to lead to big changes. This is a very, very good thing, but do be prepared: change is always a little stressful. Get plenty of sleep and stick to your workout routine and you'll be infinitely glad you had the courage to bring said change about. By the 10th and 11th, you're ready for a nap! The reason babies sleep so much, you know, is that they're always learning and experiencing new things. With all the change going on in your life, your body may also need extra rest to integrate it all. So don't fight the sleepiness. Instead, listen to it. It really means something. The 17th, you're ready to let go of an old and irritating worry. You might also be ready to go on a very romantic date! Did somebody just ask you out? Exciting! By the 22nd, you see a problem at work. Good, now you can fix it. The 23rd, 24th and 25th are extremely stellar days -- you deserve them. Wrap the month up, the 31st, by making one more big change.

LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP
You are a big believer in the idea that telling it like it is, is the best way to solve problems. Of course, you're right. But when it comes to romance, everybody's a little bit hypersensitive. It's easy to tread on old wounds and hidden fragility and painful, defensive places. So, the 1st and 2nd, before you tell the object of your affections just exactly what it is you think, consider how you might cushion any potential blows. Be honest, yes. But be gentle too. By the 5th, you've reached a critical point. Have you met somebody new? Or are you considering taking an already existing romance to the next level? The 11th, something that's been unclear for you becomes a little more obvious -- and you could find that you're mighty tired. If so, take a nap. By the 15th, you're ready for some serious self-reflection. Be as honest with yourself as you are with others. The 20th, you could discover a problem. Don't forget that it's peoples' problems that help make them the complex and fascinating creatures they are. The 23rd and 24th, you're in for some pretty good days -- and you're looking absolutely fantastic, by the way. The 28th, 29th and 30th, start wrapping the month up with a little more bare-bones communications.

CARRER AND FINANCE
The 1st and 2nd, some of the tension that's been making work a little bit less than ideal lately eases. This, in turn, makes it easier for you to get what you want -- whether it's a more interesting project, a better job title or a raise. By the 4th and 5th, it's time for action. As in serious action. As in, make what you want to happen happen and do it right this minute. You could really revolutionize the way things are done at work if you act decisively. The 9th, put your not-inconsiderable networking skills to work. Now's the time to really build support for the changes you want to make. By the 13th, you could even have surprised yourself with the extent to which you've been able to enact change. The 19th and 20th, give a little attention to your private life: are your friends missing you? Is your health is suffering? Are you sticking with your exercise routine? Are you gaining unwanted pounds because you're spending too much time at the computer? Answer these questions, then start to address them during the really excellent days coming your way the 23rd and 24th. By the 28th, 29th and 30th, you're ready to finish up the month with a bang.
